Ryan Csaftis - Principle / Director of Development

Ryan is the Principal and Director of Development who works directly with the clients to assure each project is delivered to the highest satisfaction.  He brings more than 20 years of professional experience as a licensed real estate broker and builder/developer.  

Since 2001, Ryan has been a top-producing agent at John L Scott Real Estate and Coldwell Banker serving hundreds of clients in resale and new construction projects.  Some of his projects include; the development and construction of large-scale housing units, multifamily developments, commercial/mixed-use, industrial parks, and a luxury condominium development. He acted as a licensed developer and sales director.  

He has formed multiple HOAs and sits on the board of Falcon Heights OA, Madrone Villa HOA and is manager of Morongo Industrial OA.  He has a portfolio of investment properties in Oregon and Southern California, further adding to his broad expertise in the west coast real estate market. 

He and his wife, Cecelia, reside in Carlsbad with their two children, Bella and Bentley.  Ryan has a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Oregon, and holds a CA real estate license and an FAA pilots license.
