MICHAEL SHADMAN

Michael Shadman - Principle / Architecture

Michael is the Principle and Construction Manager for Palomar Coast Development who acts as the chief architect & engineer.

He brings more than 30 years of experience in real estate design and development/construction management, including architectural, civil, and structural engineering.  In 1994, he founded Shad Engineers, Inc. to focus on the development of commercial, multi-family residential, mixed-use, food processing plants and industrial buildings, as well as custom homes in the San Francisco Bay Area. During his time at Shad Engineers, Michael has designed and managed the construction of millions of square feet of commercial buildings.

He is an active contributor in economic development policy for the City of San Jose and has served as an elected board member of the San Jose P-Bid in close cooperation with the San Jose Downtown Association, and is one of the co-authors of “First 500 Days Business Plan” for Mayor Chuck Reed of San Jose. He received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and a M.S. degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from San Jose State University in 1992.
