Eugene Colombini - Managing Officer

Gene is the Responsible Managing Officer for Palomar Coast  Development and heads up the construction processing, contracts, scheduling, and safety programs for the company.

He has been a general contractor for more than 30 years and has constructed nearly every type of large-scale commercial and industrial project in California, including shopping centers, building towers, industrial plants, custom homes, and parking garages.   

Gene is a resident of the Coachella Valley and is an integral part of internal procedures and business operations.
